Machine introduction:
1. This machine is composed of paper feeding, printing, slotting, stacking, etc. It can complete the printing, die cutting, slotting and other processes of three and five layers of corrugated cardboard at one time.
2. The wallboard is made of HT250, with a thickness of 50mm, which has been artificially aged and processed by a large processing center to ensure strength and processing accuracy.
3. The transmission system adopts large-modulus gear transmission, which has low noise, enhances the strength of the gear, and improves the smoothness of the transmission of the gear. All transmission gears are made of 45# steel, high-frequency quenching treatment, fine grinding processing, and enclosed spray lubrication.
4. The bearing adopts famous brand bearings produced by Three A Group, Harbin and Wafangdian.
5. Each unit is electrically clutched and equipped with an alarm bell, and the alarm will continue to ring during the clutch to ensure the safety of the operators. The clutch stopper can buffer the collision of each unit during incorrect operation.
6. Each unit has an automatic zero reset system, and a small amount of cardboard can be adjusted to the correct size by trial delivery, reducing cardboard waste.
7. The whole machine is beautiful in appearance and soft in color. The modular design allows you to increase or decrease the units at will.
8. The main motor and fan are adjusted by frequency converter. The electrical appliances adopt famous brand products such as Schneider and Chint.
9. Pneumatic components: the cylinder adopts Zhejiang "Weiyang" brand-name cylinder, and the diaphragm pump adopts a two-way pump for inking.
